Jintian Uprising Ruins

The Jintian Uprising Ruins is located on theXiniuLingMountainof the western side ofJintianVillage, Jintian Town of Guiping City, which mainly includes Yanwu Ground, Ancient Camp, Rhino Pond and such as its cultural relics. On January 11^th of 1851, Jintian Uprising of theTaipingHeavenlyKingdomled by Hong Xiuquan broke out here, which accelerated the decline of feudalism ruling of the Qing Dynasty but delayed the process of Chinese semi-colonization. The ruins have been successively listed as National Important Culture Relic Protection Site and Patriotism Education Base of Guangxi.
